Sichuan BENO Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (BENO ECEP) is a company with 30 years of experience in the R&D, production and sales of mining screening and crushing equipment.

Since 1991, we have been providing professional crushing solutions for production lines in the cement, chemical, coal, metallurgical and sand & gravel aggregates industries. We also provide mobile crushing products for pit backfill and waste recycling projects.

Our History

1991

Mr. Tang Ming founded Sichuan Jiangyou Xinchuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. (Xinchuan).

1993

We produce excellent domestic mills.

1996

Our engineer Mr. Zhu was sent by the government to Kawasaki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. to study for 3 years (casting and craftsmanship).

It is the first time to apply for a patented technology independently developed.

1999

Our other engineer, Mr. Wang, was sent by the government to Xinguang Electric Co., Ltd. to study (welding and craftsmanship) for 3 years.

2001

We use new technology to produce rotary kilns and heavy-duty apron feeders. 

2003

The self-developed crushing section energy storage device (below 400kw) was recognized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology as the first in the same industry.

2004

We have passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.

2005

Innovated and developed, and produced the first double-roller crusher for lime kiln in China.

2007

We innovatively developed a mechanical roller mill (less than 300t/h).

2008

We appointed Mr. Tang Yifu, a technician, to study at Ruhr University Bochum for 6 years (specializing in metal material technology, materials and manufacturing).

2009

We develop a range of gyratory crushers and twin roll crushers (coarse, medium and fine) and start offering customized solutions to our customers.

2010

We developed the first trommel screen and officially joined the "China Aggregate Association" in the same year. 

2013

We have successfully applied for the patent of "Phoenix Teeth". Become a national high-tech enterprise.

2015

Together with Southwest University of Science and Technology, we have developed and produced a competitive floor-standing complete production system for manufactured sand.

2017

Our twin roll crushers and roll screens have become the reference standard for domestic manufacturing.

2020

Mr. Tang Yifu established Sichuan Beno Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (BENO ECEP) as the exclusive trading company of Xinchuan. 

2021

BENO ECEP and Xinchuan formally formed an independent and complete model of industry and trade integration. We have also become an important partner of major domestic state-owned enterprises and listed companies.

Case Presentation

1. Yihua Chemical Industry (limestone crushing)

Purchase of equipment: XCBW1860+XCE1215+XCMD1225.

Yihua is working in limestone chemical industry with a processing capacity of 1000 tons per hour. Yihua purchased our products in 2018, and purchased a pair of crushing tooth rollers in 2021, which are in good use.

Finished material specifications: 40mm-80mm.

2. Yellow River Group (limestone/coal crushing)

Purchase of equipment for production line No. 4: XCBW2080+XCE1215+XCDRS1008+XCMD1225.

Production line No. 4, managed by a subsidiary of Yellow River Group, has a processing capacity of 1,000 tons per hour. The production line started production in 2016 with the purchase of equipment XCBW2080+XCE1215+XCMD1225 and later added XCDRS1008 for screening finished material.

Since 2008, we have successfully supplied 8 sets of XCMD series products, 6 sets of XCE series products, 6 sets of XCBW series products and 2 sets of XCDRS series products to 6 limestone/coal production lines of Yellow River Group.

Finished material specifications: 40mm-80mm/30mm-80mm/50mm-80mm.

3. Shuyu Group (quartz rock crushing)

Purchase of equipment: XCBW1560+XCE1215+XCZK1860+XCMD1025+XCMD9012(fine crushing).

The group is engaged in calcium powder industry, and the quartz rock crushing capacity of the project is 800 tons per hour. The production line was put into operation in 2020, and the equipment is now running smoothly with high output, fully meeting the customer's requirements.

Finished material specifications: 40mm-70mm/5mm-20mm.
